WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

NOTE: Orders placed after 2:00 P.M, Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

During Holiday periods orders will begin processing the next working day.

Order processing time takes 1 - 5 days and tracking numbers are provided by email after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. We will not be able to change the shipping address upon dispatching your order. Courier and tracking details will be provided and we will do our best to assist you but consumers will be responsible for contacting the courier for amendments and failed attempted deliveries.
